By registering an account with us (referred to as your "Account"), using our services in any capacity, clicking "I ACCEPT" below, downloading any applications, or registering for or participating in any competitions, you agree to the following:

You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions of Service and any obligations and rules specific to each competition you enter (referred to as the "Rules"). These Terms, along with any policy incorporated herein and the competition Rules, are collectively referred to as the "Terms."

You agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm that you are authorized and able to accept them.

General Rule

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, and subject to your continued compliance, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal entertainment, either through a supported web browser or mobile device.

Additionally, we grant you the right to use the avatars available on the Platform under the same conditions.

We may revise or modify these Terms at any time, and any significant changes will be communicated via our website. By continuing to use our services or participate in competitions, you accept any new or modified Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms for updates.

You may not modify these Terms, except in writing and signed by both parties. For the purposes of these Terms, "writing" does not include email or electronic signatures.

To register an Account or participate in any Competitions, Services, or download Software, you must:

1.Be a natural person at least 18 years old and be assigned to the email provided during Account registration;

2.Have the authority to enter into a contract with us;

3.Be located in a jurisdiction where your participation in the selected competition is not restricted by law;

4.Comply with all provisions of these Terms. If any condition is unmet, we may suspend or close your Account at any time.

Playing Conditions

• You confirm that you are legally allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You acknowledge the applicability of Gaming Laws for sweepstakes, contests, and tournaments, which vary by jurisdiction. The Software does not allow Cash Competitions in jurisdictions where such competitions are prohibited, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are not in such a jurisdiction.

In the United States, prohibited states include (1) Delaware; (2) Louisiana; (3) Maryland; (4) Montana; (5) Tennessee; (6) Indiana; (7) Maine; and (8) Texas (as of the "Updated" date above). It is your responsibility to confirm whether your location is a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

You participate in the Games for personal and recreational purposes only, and you are not permitted to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities during your participation.

User Account

You are permitted to have only one Customer Account. If you attempt to open multiple accounts, all of them may be suspended or closed.

You must keep your login credentials secure and are solely responsible for any unauthorized activity in your Account. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

If your Account is inactive for 30 consecutive months, we may remit the balance to you or as required by law.

Winnings, Account Funds, and Payments

• Fees: You agree to pay all applicable Fees for participating in Competitions, which are prepaid and non-refundable. The price of Services may change at any time, but changes will not affect past purchases.

• Billing: We may update billing procedures without notice. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge you for the Services you select.

• Cash Deposits: If you participate in a Cash Competition, you are required to maintain accurate account information, including personal and payment details. Your participation may involve establishing a positive account balance.

• Bonus Funds: Cash Players may receive Bonus Funds, which can be used to enter Cash Competitions but are not withdrawable. If you do not participate in a Cash Competition for 60 consecutive days, your Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

• Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of funds from your available balance, though Digital Assets and Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable. Processing may take up to 90 days.

• Refund Policy: Unless otherwise required by law, no refunds will be provided.

• Credit Card/PayPal Use: You represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment methods and must notify us of any changes.

Intellectual Property

• All content, digital assets, software, and other materials on the Platform are our exclusive property or licensed to us. You may not use these materials except as specifically permitted by these Terms.

• Any User Content you submit is considered non-confidential and may be used by us in any manner, including for commercial purposes. You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your content.

Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, third-party content, or unauthorized access.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Miscellaneous

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.

• Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in the United States.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior communications.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control.
